One of the world’s greatest syringe makers has ramped up manufacturing due to the massive demand for Covid vaccines.
Rajiv Nath, who heads India’s largest syringe factory, says it’s now making round 6,000 syringes a minute.
But he says that is nonetheless not sufficient on condition that the world wants 10 billion syringes to vaccinate simply 60% of the inhabitants.
